Either the /usr/local/apache/logs/ dir doesn't exists or 1048576 is too
large. Then you've to increase the shared memory size Solaris accepts.
AFAIK in the modssl-users mailing list archive is an answer which kernel
variable this is Solaris. Look there, please.
