We're using mm-1.0.12, mod_ssl-2.4.10, openssl-0.9.4 and apache-1.3.9.
I too encountered this problem over the weekend when we upgraded to
RH6.1. Everything that used the FSF's config.guess caused some serious
problems when running the "dummy" program:
/tmp/ccYWPYYv.s: Assembler messages:
/tmp/ccYWPYYv.s:14: Error: Rest of line ignored. First ignored character
is `,'.
I put the EXTRA_LIBS in, I'm not quite sure if it helped... but if I
became root (su -), everything compiled fine (though just doing "su"
gave the same errors).
And like Marc, I too re-installed everything gcc related. I'd be very
interested to hear the solution to this problem.
Thanks,
Sam
