Hi. I found one very small (but for me crucial) with the excellent mod_SSL
documentation, and that refers to compiling with PHP. The FAQ says "Always
make sure that -DEAPI is contained in the compiler flags when PHP3
is build." - but building PHP is a multi-stage business. For the novice like
myself, a few more words (or an example) would be fabulous. Where does the
reference to -DEAPI go, what is the typical syntax, is it on a command line or
in a configuration file? Please clarify.
