Yes it is possible. You can analyze set of cipher suites into client hello
message.
fine, but there are two things, first finding out and analize the clients cipher
suite, second redirect him to a certain html-file which informs him about this
point. i've already read the howtos, faqs and some mails but did not find
something handling this problem.
