If you used APACI last time and you use APACI also this time, under
"make install" your configuration files are preserved. Only the binaries
are upgraded, so the step list should work for you, too. If you've built
mod_ssl as a DSO last time, you can also consider mod_ssl's --with-apxs
option (see INSTALL document).

Yes, then I recommend you to wait for 1.3.12 and mod_ssl 2.5.1.
