I'll try to assemble them again. It may take some time (maybe even
two days), because the patches were against 2.4.0-1.3.9 and should be
"upgraded". In addition, one of the patches (the patch which allows
modules to be compiled without the "-DEAPI" flag) is not found, so I
have to re-write it. I'm afraid that I never submitted it, but only
explained it in this list or to you personally.
I want to note that only SOME of the patches are specific for WIN32.
In any case, I agree that this world could be much better without the
need to port any stuff to WIN32 :-)
