Notice that it still says OpenSSL/0.9.4 -- it would appear that the
version of the OpenSSL library that got compiled in to your web server
doesn't match the version that you have installed on your system. I
can't say that I know why, given the installation steps you listed
below. The other response about # of entropy bits seems plausible,
also, but I would definitely think that mismatched versions could be
causing some of your headaches. Review your installation and make sure
you've gotten rid of the 0.9.4 libraries and then recompile Apache.
