easy-reading depends on your already present knowledge, of course ;)

GUI for configuring OpenSSL? Err... no and one certainly don't need one
IMHO. All you've to configure here is the source tree and this is done
automatically by running the config script. Or do you mean configuring
the whole Apache+mod_ssl+OpenSSL webserver? AFAIK there is no GUI which
also supports SSL, but I'm not up-to-date with the available GUIs.
