MaxClients setting in httpd.conf

Hi   I'm running RedHat Linux 5.2 with Apache_1.3.12 with OpenSSL-0.9.5 and Mod_SSL-2.6.2 installed. We're running this on a P3 650MHz, 128Mb RAM with 10/100 network card.   We are expecting alot of traffic on our site, so is it possible to increase the MaxClients and MaxKeepAliveRequest settings in the httpd.conf file, or are the default values fine?   Thanks in advance for the help   Regards     Martin
