Well, yes and no.  With one IP address, you can have one SSL 
site and as many non-SSL sites under the same IP as you could 
without SSL.  In addition, you can, under that one IP address, 
assign subdirectories under the one SSL domain and assign a 
seperate FTP access to each subdirectory in order to serve the  
SSL needs of the name based host users. ;-)
