I have also been attempting to convert an IIS keyfile containing both
the certificate and private key into a format suitable for use with
modssl.
Take a look at:
http://www.thawte.com/support/server/msiis.html#iistossl
which suggests hex editing the key file and then using openssl to
convert it to pem format. I've tried this but never got it to work.
Anyone successfully done this, if so please let us know how you got it
to work :)
