I had the same problem.
Mod-ssl 2.6.2-1.3.12 corrects the problem on Solaris, but am not sure that
it works with Apache 1.9.9.
So I took everything to Apache 1.3.12. Had a problem with the default value
for SSLSessionCache, but everything else worked fine.
