In compiling mod_ssl with the Makefile generated in
the Apache source tree, I found I had to add the flags
/D_WINSOCK2API_ /D_MSWSOCK_
to the CFLAGS = ... line in $APACHE/src/modules/ssl/Makefile
in order to resolve some conflicts with some Win32 header files.
