A few questions -
Exactly which browser / os patchlevel/version?
Is it limited to one machine that crashes - or is it more than one machine?
What happens if you point the same browser at other SSL sites?
In the advanced browser settings - is the setup different from machines that
doesn't crash?
What happens if you change the settings on the client to allow different
ciphers?
These are just a few ideas, that you could try out to try tracking down
exactly where the problem is.
