Yes, its the ole "PRNG not seeded" problem ...

I've read the FAQs and the other documentation that I have been able to
find, but I still seem to be stuck on this problem (what am I missing?).

I have installed mod_ssl 2.6.4-1.3.12 (and apache 1.3.12) on Solaris 2.7.

I've read the FAQ and installed the egd.pl program (since Solaris 2.7 seems
to lack a /dev/random or a /dev/urandom). Unfortunately at this point the
"crypto for dummies" documents seem to end and I am not sure what to do
next. Do I have to actually edit some source code and enter a RAND_egd
function call somewhere?

I have also tried to create a ~/.rnd file as the FAQ recommends, but this
didn't seem to work either.

Any help would be appreciated.

TIA,

        Rob Genovesi
