Any "screamers" as regard security with PHP3?

Main Q'n, though is about the following in my log file...

Loaded DSO /usr/lib/apache/libphp3.so uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this
module might crash under EAPI! (please recompile it with -DEAPI)

...presumably to do with the PHP3 module I have acquired through the RPM
I installed. I only ever use RPM's because I've never managed to bite
off the challenge of figuring how to compile my own from source ... and
while I can do it the easy way, it makes for a nice clean, easily
managed server. This helps especially as I have a fair number of servers
to look after.

So, is there an easy fix for this, is my question?

Apologies if this is slightly off topic. I guess from one point of view
it isn't strictly mod_ssl question, it's just that it's only relevant to
me on my mod_ssl enabled server!

Thanks,
James.
