pointers to a European CA (128 bit) recognizable by both NS & IE?

Hello folks.  Can you point me to some European CA where we can buy a
certificate from, and which is 128 bit strong, and is recognized both by 
Netscape and Explorer?

Verisign's Global certificate didn't quite work out for us.

We are using Apache with mod_ssl.
