To do this, you need to compile the gid-tagcert.c program into an
executable, and run that executable. (Basically, go to pkg.contrib/ from
the mod_ssl directory, and look for any documentation in there on how to
compile it. If you can't find it, try 'gcc -o gid-tagcert
gid-tagcert.c'.)
