Running under Windows 2000, I have compiled OpenSSL (0.9.5a) and
mod_ssl'd (2.6.4) Apache with no troubles. The server even runs fine
except for one thing: if I am looking at a long directory listing (more
than 50 directories) and press SHIFT+Reload in Netscape 4.71, Apache
crashes with an access violation in ApacheCore.dll.

I tried building a debug version so I could post a stack trace, but
after mod_ssl patches Apache, you cannot build a debug version (at least
not with "installd").

I tried setting the MaxThreadsPerChild to 1 to see if it was some sort
of threading issue, but instead, the directory listing never showed up -
the browser just times out. Apache then hangs and I cannot get it to
shut off without rebooting the machine. This does not happen with
vanilla 1.3.12 needless to say. It doesn't even do it when I access the
very same directory without SSL.

Any ideas?
