This is becouse you're using an old version of Apache/mod_ssl with a new
version of openssl.
Unless you've got a very good reason to use that oooold version, you
should upgrade to the latest (Apache 1.3.12 and mod_ssl 2.6.5).
If you really want to keep the old version, then you should downgrade
openssl to v 0.9.4.
