Thank you.  I guess that means that the proper way is to have "www.domain.com"
as a regular non-ssl site and "xyz.domain.com" as the ssl site.

Also, based on the docs you pointed me to it seems that they could both be the
same machine provided that "xyz.domain.com" is the real machine name for the
IP (used for https calls) and "www.domain.com" is the alias (used only for
http calls).
