Hi,
I have recently rebuilt our build of apache 1.3.12 with
mod_ssl-2.6.5-1.3.12 , and both the HUP and USR1 signals cause a complete
termination of httpd. Syslog catches the following:
[notice] SIGHUP received. Attempting to restart
If I use apachectl it also logs the following in addition to the restart
message.
[warn] pid file /var/run/httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of
previous Apache run?
I replicated this behaviour on a totally clean installation also, with
minimal configuration. Any ideas?
