  Thanks for your help!

  Here I have another question, i.e., if I could config a apache+mod_ssl web server as 
a local proxy server, which is responsible of building a strong security connection 
with a remote web server using SSL. If so, we could build a high security connection 
between browsers(MS IE or Nestcape) and Web server without the influence of U.S. 
export restriction.

  Please give me some advice! Thank you very much!
