When I connect with IE5 to my "Server: Apache/1.3.12 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.6.4
OpenSSL/0.9.4"
(with default SSLCipherSuite) IE says
"SSL 3.0, RC4 mit 40 Bit Verschlsselung (Niedrig); RSA mit 512 Bit
Austausch"
though the Certificate was generated with OpenSSL with 1024 Keylength.
Corresponding ssl_engine_log: "Protocol: SSLv3, Cipher: EXP-RC4-MD5 (40/128
bits)"

How can I get strong ciphers ?

It seems not to be a browser problem, because connecting to a "Server:
Netscape-Enterprise/3.6 SP2"
with the same IE I get
"SSL 3.0, RC4 mit 128 Bit Verschlsselung (Hoch); RSA mit 1024 Bit
Austausch"
