You need to run the makefile from /path/to/apache/conf/ssl.crt/ in the
/opt/globus1.1.3/share/certificates dir if you use SSLCACertificatePath.
You shoukd also use a command like:
openssl x509 -noout -text -in ca.crt
To verify that it is the correct CA certificate.
