Vinoj,
This is a regular problem on systems without /dev/urandom and it's possible
to resolve it.
You can go in the "modssl-users Mailing List Archive": URL
http://www.mail-archive.com/modssl-users%40modssl.org/.
In the mailing list there are some differences Questions and related hints
about this problem.
See also http://www.modssl.org/docs/2.6/ssl_faq.html#ToC15 and
http://www.openssl.org/support/faq.html#6
If you have a HP-UX system, download the latest version of mod_ssl, open-ssl
and Apache.
If you have a Sun Solaris 2.6 system go to this link
http://www.cosy.sbg.ac.at/~andi/ and pick up the version
0.3 file. When you compile and install it a /dev/random and /dev/urandom
will be created.
Bye
