mod_ssl error while starting apache

Good early afternoon, I need help with this trouble: I have Apache with mod_ssl under NT and when I start server it stops with error: [error] mod_ssl: Init: Failed to generate temporary 512 bit RSA private key. What can I do with that? Thank you for any help. Petr Klika
