-----Original Message-----btw, you might also want to consider the different versions of IE, since each MSIE version sometimes poses different problems. I remember seeing some bugfixes in various versions of IE in regards to SSL connections??

Thanks for the quick reply, I have tried the fixes you mentioned all to no
success. I can now get a hit on hitting refresh only once instead of the 4-5
on previous modifications so we are heading in the right direction. Is there
a chance hardware may play a part in this I am only running my devel server
on 32mb ram. Thanks again if anyone else has any ideas...

IE. I
added the following lines
in my httpd.conf file. My setup is running Solaris 2.5.1 withApache/1.3.12 (Unix) mod_perl/1.21 mod_ssl/2.6.4 OpenSSL/0.9.5a
Hope this helps ;)

I may
be making a presumptuous assumption but I am assuming there is a way to make all
versions work. I can't ask my customers to change browsers before buying my
product. I wonder if there is a downgrade option. I remember seeing that
somewhere. Right now I am willing to try anything....
Thanks
