This more resembles the permission problem in httpd.conf than anything with the secure
server. Make sure that htdocs of the secure server is correctly set.

Are you using VirtualHost directives?

IF so, it would be helpful if you posted those parts of httpd.conf.
Make sure that the DocumentRoot of the VirtualHost is set and that it is set to allow
from all.
