generate a new keypair & CSR to get a new cert.
If you still want to use the ISP's cert, you would need their key as well.
This would only be feasible if the domain name in the cert was transferable
to you. If the cert is for the ISP's domain name, then you would certainly
not be able to obtain it.
In other words, re-using the cert makes sense iff the only thing being
changed for the site is the IP address.
