<grin> As expected... Yes, before you ask, I've not even once tried 2.7
under Win32 myself and I will not try mod_ssl again in my life on this
platform. Sorry if this might be nasty for the Win32 fans and not what

I've no clue about this. The location checks in configure.bat were not
changed by me.
