Hi,
I don't experience the same problem testing a swedish MacOS EI 5.0
My config is based on (all from tar archives)
Apache/1.3.12 (Unix)
mod_perl/1.24
DAV/1.0.0
PHP/4.0.1
mod_ssl/2.6.4
OpenSSL/0.9.3
with a self signed cert (which MacOS EI keep telling me).

You use mod_ssl 2.6.6 which is a difference. You don't say which
Openssl you used.
