If that is the case, make sure you do not have your web server binding to
port 80 and people will NOT be able to connect via the HTTP protocol.
If you want people to be able to connect to your site with http redirected
to the https server, then change your webserver configuration so that HTTP
requests go to a "dummy" home page with links to the HTTPS: server
links. (Does that make sense?)
