I think every webmaster or developer can (and should) subscribe to the appropriate list(s) like Bugtraq. If you want to know more about security lists just go to www.securityfocus.com And get yourself a subscription too. By the way: if you're really grazy about php you want to upgrade anyway.. so the security risk might be minimal for the real die hards. Still this is a mod_ssl list..
