Nobody ever expressed *any* interest, so I let it drop. I am no longer at
CertCo, and I doubt they have the interest and/or resources in making the code
available. While I was at CertCo, we did get our OCSP support picked up by
OpenSSL, it's just the mod_ssl changes that were "lost."
