 Yup, but that's the harder way, as I already installed a lot of extra for it.

 Now it's working again, PHP, mod_ssl, mod_perl, I can serve files for
mobil phones again. Even works with ssl enabled. It just took some more
hours. Oh, god!

 The prob, that I must have openssl 0.9.5 too. My ssh depends on it, and
0.9.6 is not good for it. :( Anyway, libssl.so is linked to the newer
version.

So, a warn to everyone: first upgrade all your related system binaries,
before you start with an apache install. Anyway, I will be very happy if
a newer openssl comes out, and as apt-get upgrade it, the ssl enabled
apache will stop working one more time.
