Try emptying your browser cache and see what happens. Newer versions of IE
are caching DNS errors. ie if a site doesn't exist when the browser starts
you get a not found error. Even if the DNS is subsequently changed IE thinks
it doesn't! Only MS could do this kind of silliness.
