Being slightly more specific than Mads has been, MS have changed the
"schannel.dll" file with almost every service pack. This dll does the SSL
encryption for both the browser and IIS (hence the need in some cases to
upgrade browser in order to service pack IIS).

There are in fact two versions of it, one of which allows 128bit encryption
and the other doesn't. I'm using the former with IE 5.01 SP1 NT workstation
SP 6a. When I get a faster machine I hope to be the first person to use
Linux on the desktop in my organisation ,running NT under vmware! That does
connect OK (My current IP is 194.128.22.147). After what I've read about
IE5.5, I'm not changing to it just yet.
