Hello, I have a situation that has been giving me trouble for some time now. I am currently running a cobalt raq3 server (red hat linux) with php 4 and apache with modssl. We are getting intermittent errors when customers fill out our online form. So far the error is not reproducable. It only seems to happen when a customer presses the form submit button then they get a HTTP 404 - File not found error message when the file actually exist. Anyways we examined our error log for the ip of the customers who are having the difficulty and could not find them or any error asscoiated with them but upon examing the access log we were able to trace the clients entire path through the site. We discovered that the trail ends right where the client receives the error message. I have been researching this for a while and no one seems to know the answer. If someone can give me some help I will appreciate it.
