Yes.  As I mentioned in my earlier email to you privately (from
[EMAIL PROTECTED]), you can do one of two things.

1. Build from source from the directions I posted to the list the other
day.

2. Get these RPMs, download and install them `rpm -Uvh *.rpm`
   ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/updates/7.0/php*
   ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/updates/7.0/apache*
   ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/updates/7.0/mod_perl*
   ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/updates/7.0/mod_ssl*

If rpm complains, add the --force flag.
