Hello list,
I have a problem in using apache 1.3.17 with mod_ssl 2.8.0 and open_ssl
0.9.3. I did exactly what is described in www.modssl.orgs/example to
generate the web-server. I started it with ./apachectl startssl but I cannot
(netstat -l) see a listening server on port 443. I found out that a port
8080 for http and a port 8443 for https is given in the Makefile. I changed
this to 80/443, starts the httpd under root but nothing changes. Only a
listing server on port 80 will be displayed with netstat.
Is there anybody who can help me?
