The attached patch file mod_ssl-1.3.19.diff will give you an apache 1.3.19
enabled mod_ssl 2.8.0.
Just:
tar xzf mod_ssl-2.8.0-1.3.17.tar.gz
cp -r mod_ssl-2.8.0-1.3.17 mod_ssl-2.8.0-1.3.19
patch -p0 < mod_ssl-1.3.19.diff
It's really only comments that are updated, bu they seem to be the only
occurences of "17" in the archive (apart from unrelated data).
By the way, could the other patch I include ,mod_ssl-authz_ldap.diff, be
included into mod_ssl as well? It is required for mod_authz_ldap and just
makes the serial number the issuer dn and the data of the client
certificate available to authentication modules. It was written by the
mod_authz_ldap author, Andreas Müller.
