Go to Thawte site itself. Lots of instructions there.
Oracle 9i is really modssl implementation.

I hope you can tolerate another newbie, I would like to install a
Thawte 128 bit cert into my Apache listener that came with Oracle 9IAS.
First, do I have to generate a csr from apache, if so how do I do it?
Second, Will Thawte Certs work? Third, Once I have the cert, how do I
install it into the listener? Are there detailed instructions Hiding
somewhere? Does it matter ithat I'm using Oracle?
