You could try this:
rpm -Uvh openssl-0.9.5a-14.i386.rpm --nodeps --replacefiles
--replacepkgs
I'd do the same thing for the other rpm's in question.
If you compile apache 1.3.19 with openssl 0.9.6 and mod_ssl 2.8.2-1.3.19
you will break openssh, openldap and several other rpms compiled against
openssl. Recompile them from the source and it will go away.
