I've seen other reports of this. The explanation I've seen is basically
that MSIE 4.0 for Mac has expired, and can no longer access any secure
sites. Try using this browser to access other SSL sites and see what
happens. I think the answer is "don't do that anymore!", that Mac users
will have to upgrade from 4.0.
