As far as mirroring goes, if you are on an *NIX box you could try "rsync"
over SSH to update the second copy from changes to the first. I've been
trying to get it working myself for ages, but maybe you'll have more
success.

Have a look at http://www.openssh.org and http://samba.anu.edu.au/rsync/
