Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to get Apache and ModSSL to work with
Windows 2000. I went to modssl.org/contrib and downloaded the newest
version of modssl,apache and openssl. I can get apache to start without
SSL support, but if I try to uncomment the line:
LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so
the server will not start and tells me: "Cannot load
c:/apache/modules/mod_ssl.so (182)"
if I remove the file I receive a different error so I know that it can
find the file. I have tried to start two different versions and I get
the same for both. Can anyone tell me how to fix this or give me an
idea about what is required in the httpd.conf file. I have installed
this combo for linux many times but I am stuck on this Windows 2000
box. Thanks in advance.
