At one time I had to add this to the end of my BrowserMatch list for SSL:
BrowserMatch "WebTV" !ssl-unclean-shutdown
WebTV browsers are based on MSIE, and they don't seem to like the
ssl-unclean-shutdown option for some reason.
I don't know if this is still the case.
