Hello!
I have installed Apache, OpenSSL and ModSSL on Windows
2000. Netscape seems to work fine (for both HTTP and
HTTPS requests)but IE 5.0 only works with http
requests. I have looked at various suggestions in the
mailing list and tried almost all of them. The error
log when IE 5.0 sends a HTTPS request shows "Invalid
method in request ." I don't know why the GET
^^^^
request is transformed to some garbage.
The following is what I have been trying:
----------------------------------------------------
SSLEngine On
SSLCertificateFile conf/ssl/hercules.cert
SSLCertificateKeyFile conf/ssl/hercules.key
SSLCipherSuite
ALL:!ADH:!EXPORT56:RC4+RSA:+HIGH:+MEDIUM:+LOW:+SSLv2:+EXP
SetEnvIf User-Agent ".*MSIE.*" nokeepalive \
ssl-unclean-shutdown downgrade-1.0 force-response-1.0
#BrowserMatch "MSIE [1-4]" \
#nokeepalive ssl-unclean-shutdown downgrade-1.0 \
#force-response-1.0
#BrowserMatch "MSIE [5-9]" ssl-unclean-shutdown
-----------------------------------------------------
Thanks
-James
