You can't have SSL virtualhosts unless you can give them separate IPs or
port numbers.

But that is not the question he asked Owen.

Assuming each virtual hosts is ip based
and/or has a unique port #
you need to specify these variables

SSLCertificateFile
SSLCertificateKeyFile

within each virtual host section.
